Ingredients

  • 250 g quark, (curd cheese)
  • 300 g natural yourt
  • 4 banana (s), peeled and finely mashed
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon (can be a hefty )
  • honey
  • 250 ml raspberries, pureed and passed through a sieve

Instructions

  1. Stir the curd cheese with yoghurt, bananas and cinnamon until smooth and add honey to taste.
  2. Layer the cream alternately with the raspberry purée in dessert glasses.
