Banana Cupcake in a Mug

Delicious, simple and satisfying! You can make a banana cupcake in a mug in just a matter of minutes. A great solution for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients
- Banana – 1 Piece
- Milk – 1
- Baking Dough – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Butter – 1
- Flour – 3 Art. spoons
- Sugar – 1-2 tbsp
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Melt the butter in the microwave and chill a little.
- Add sugar, egg and beat a little.
- Add the mashed banana and milk.
- Stir. Add flour and baking powder.
- Stir again and pour the dough into an oiled mug. I had small mugs, I divided the dough into two portions. Microwave at 800W for about 3-4 minutes.
- If desired, sprinkle cinnamon on top of the finished banana muffin
