Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 4 egg (s)
  • 180 g suar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 100 g chocolate, finely rated
  • 100 g hazelnuts, rated
  • 140 g flour
  • 2 teaspoon, heaped baking powder
  • 250 g sour cream

For the cream:

  • 250 g quark, (curd cheese)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 5 sheets gelatin
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • some jam, apricots
  • 6 banana (s), (depending on the size a little more or less)
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. For the dough, whip eggs, sugar and oil until thick and frothy. Then add the grated chocolate and stir in well. Mix the nuts, flour and baking powder and fold in. Finally stir in the sour cream. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  2. Once cooled, brush with apricot jam and cover with sliced bananas.
  3. For the cream, first soak the gelatine leaves in cold water. Then mix the curd cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice together. Dissolve the gelatine according to the instructions on the packet and stir in. Finally fold in the whipped cream. Spread the cream over the bananas and smooth out.
  4. Chill for a few hours.
  5. Then sprinkle with the chocolate flakes.
