Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas, (ripe)
  • 150 ml milk
  • 180 ml cream, whipped
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 shot amaretto
  • Sugar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Puree the bananas with the hand blender. Add the milk and vanilla sugar and mix everything together. Stir in the whipped cream and a good dash of amaretto. Maybe add sugar if it`s not sweet enough.
  2. Pour the mass into a container and place in the freezer for 6 hours. It is important to stir the ice once every hour to avoid crystallizing. If you have an ice machine, you can make the ice in 30 minutes.
