Banana Milk Croutons

Delicious and unusual croutons! Banana puree adds sweetness and aroma to croutons. They are perfect for breakfast or as a snack any time of the day!

- Peel and mashed banana, you can do this with a blender, pusher, or fork, the main thing is that the mashed potatoes are as homogeneous as possible.
- Add milk and egg to the puree. To stir thoroughly.
- In the resulting mixture, dip all pieces of bread on both sides in turn.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry croutons over low heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Serve hot croutons to the table, as they are most delicious. Optionally, you can add slices of fruit to such sweet croutons – I used kiwi and banana.
