Milk jelly is simple, tasty, and healthy because milk is used as a base for its preparation.
Ingredients
Milk – 750 ml
Banana – 1 pc.
Gelatin – 30 grams
Sugar – 2 tablespoons or to taste
Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
Dark chocolate – for decoration
Directions
Pour milk into a blender, add sugar and vanillin.
Peel the banana and cut it into slices for convenience.
Add the banana to the milk and whisk everything together.
Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions on the package.
Pour the gelatin through a sieve into the milk and whisk everything again. I use a sieve so that undissolved pieces of gelatin do not accidentally fall.
Pour the jelly into the bowls.
Grate the grated chocolate on top and put the banana milk jelly in the refrigerator to freeze for about 2 hours.
