Ingredients
- 2 ice cubes, crushed
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon hazelnuts
- 250 ml milk, or yogurt

- Mix the peeled banana with sugar, lemon juice, honey and peeled nuts if desired, finely and frothy, add crushed ice cubes and well-chilled milk or yoghurt. Mix briefly, serve in a chilled glass with the ice.
- If a mixer is not available, finely mash the bananas with a fork, beat them in an electric hand mixer or whisk, add the grated nuts.
