Ingredients

  • 2 banana (s), ripe
  • 150 g natural yourt, low in fat
  • 75 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 12 teaspoon Nutella
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas, chop them roughly and puree them with the yoghurt. Beat the butter and eggs until foamy and mix them into the banana mixture. Mix in the flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar and stir in.
  2. Grease 12 muffin cases and fill half of them with batter. Put a teaspoon of nut nougat cream on top and fill up with the rest of the batter.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar if you like.
