A delicious and nutritious banana, oatmeal, and an almond smoothie with honey and yogurt can satisfy your hunger. Making a banana smoothie is quick and easy.
Ingredients
Banana – 1 pc.
Instant oatmeal – 2 tbsp
Almonds – 10 pcs.
(or other nuts)
Natural yogurt – 2 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Directions
Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. We leave a couple of banana slices to decorate the finished smoothie. Transfer the sliced banana to the blender bowl.
Add yogurt. Add the oatmeal. Add almonds to the banana with oatmeal and yogurt (if there are no almonds, you can try a banana smoothie with walnuts, cashews, or peanuts).
And then add honey (I used a fragrant lime tree). Grind all ingredients until smooth.
Banana smoothie with oatmeal and almonds is ready. Pour it into a glass. Decorate the smoothie with banana slices.
