Ingredients

  • 200 g flour, preferably whole rain
  • 240 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar, homemade
  • 2 pinches cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 large banana (s), mashed
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon oil (macadamia oil)
  • some oil, neutral for frying
  • maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients carefully to form a smooth dough. Heat a little neutral oil in a non-stick pan and fry small pancakes one after the other. Makes about 14 pieces.
  2. Stack on two plates and pour plenty of maple syrup over them. Serve immediately and enjoy.
