Ingredients

  • 2 banana (s)
  • 600 peach (s), fresh
  • 50 g blueberries or currants (currants)
  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 3 tablespoon egg liqueur
  • honey
  • 3 sheets gelatin

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatin. Peel the peaches and bananas, cut into pieces and puree them together.
  2. Mix the quark with mascarpone and liqueur until smooth and season the cream with honey. Stir half of the cream into the peach and banana puree. Heat the squeezed out gelatine (do not boil!), Dissolve and mix in, add the berries as well.
  3. Spread the other half of the quark cream on dessert cups and pour the fruit cream on top. Chill the dessert for about 2 hours before serving.
