Banana Pudding with Chocolate

This banana pudding is made on the basis of tofu cheese, served with chopped chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Ripe bananas (sliced) – 2 pcs.
  • Tofu cheese (sliced) – 1 cup (230g)
  • Agave nectar – 2 tablespoon l
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Dark chocolate (chopped) – 1/4 cup (for serving)

How to make the banana pudding:

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine bananas, cheese, agave nectar, vanilla, and cinnamon, pulsate until smooth and elastic.
  2. Put the mousse in portion molds, and sprinkle the banana pudding with chopped chocolate on top. Cover the dessert and refrigerate the banana pudding for at least 1 hour, preferably 4 hours.
