Ingredients
- 500 g quark
- 2 banana (s)
- 60 g biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
- some amaretto
- some powdered sugar
- 100 ml cream
- possibly chocolate sprinkles

- Prepare 4 dessert glasses. Put the amarettini in a freezer bag and crush or crumble into small pieces. Then distribute evenly over the dessert glasses. Then drizzle the amarettini with a little amaretto. Then cut the 2 bananas into thin slices and layer them on top.
- For the cream, stir the quark with the cream until smooth and add a little powdered sugar until the desired sweetness is achieved. If you want, you can mix chocolate sprinkles into the cream. Pour the cream into the glass as the last layer, garnish as desired and chill.
