Ingredients
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g cream cheese, low in fat
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- 1 glass apricot (s), compote (380 g)
- Biscuit (butter biscuits)
- Cream or milk, to stir until smooth

- Mix the quark, cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon with cream or milk until smooth. Put a layer of biscuits in a small baking dish and cover with half of the compote, half of the quark mixture on top and then the same again. Marble the top layer a little and then cover it and let it sit in the fridge for about 4 hours.
