Ingredients
- 400 g berries, mixed (raspberries, currants, strawberries)
- 25 g merinue
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 125 ml milk
- 2 packs vanilla sugar, bourbon
- 125 g Nutella
- Lemon balm

- Clean and wash the fruits, quarter the strawberries. Roughly crumble the meringue.
- Whip the quark with milk, vanilla sugar and Nutella until creamy.
- Now layer the Nutella quark, meringue and fruit one after the other in four large glasses. Serve garnished with lemon balm and possibly a currant panicle.
