Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup quark (20%)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • Fruit according to season and taste (can also be canned)

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff and stir together with the vanilla sugar and quark until smooth.
  2. Now add fruit if you like. You can take fresh or canned.
  3. With canned fruit, however, add some of the liquid, or with fresh fruit, dilute the quark with a little milk. And without fruit you have a wonderful vanilla quark (possibly add the pulp of a vanilla pod).
  4. Tip: Sliced almonds make the dessert even finer.
