- 4 banana (s), very ripe
- 20 g sesame seeds
- 10 g butter
- 3 tablespoon honey, liquid
- 1 tablespoon lemon (s)
- 400 g ice cream, vanilla

- Peel the bananas, cut lengthways. Heat the pan with butter and fry the sesame seeds in it. Add the bananas, season with honey and lemon and fry on both sides until the bananas are nice and translucent and slightly browned. The sesame seeds should stick to the banana halves. Fill four bowls of ice cream with ice and spread the hot bananas on top, possibly a dot of cream on top.
