• 3 ripe banana (s)
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 3 tablespoon banana liqueur
• 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it
• liter ⅛ sweet cream
• sugar
• Possibly cherry (s), candied, for garnish

Instructions

1. Mash the peeled bananas with a fork. Mix the puree with the vanilla sugar, the liqueur and the lemon juice.
2. Whip the cream and a little sugar until stiff and fold into the sauce.
3. Put the banana snow on the finished waffles and decorate each with a candied cherry.
4. The snow also tastes delicious without the liqueur.
