Ingredients

  • 2 large banana (s), very ripe
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped Nutella or another nut nougat cream
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff.
  2. Mix the very ripe bananas with the hand mixer, there should still be pieces. Add lemon juice. Add sour cream and Nutella and stir well. Now fold in the cream.
  3. Pour the cream into glasses and sprinkle with chocolate flakes.
  4. Tip: If the bananas don`t make it sweet enough, you can add a little sugar or sweetener. If you want it more chocolaty, just add a little more Nutella.
