Banana Strawberry Smoothie

  • Milk – 300 ml

  • or honey – to taste

Directions

  1. Peel the strawberries and rinse well.
  2. Grind the oatmeal in a blender.
  3. Then add banana and strawberries.
  4. Grind banana and strawberries in a blender.
  5. Add milk (mineral water) and sugar (honey) to taste.
  6. Beat everything well until smooth. Let stand for 5-10 minutes.
