Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Pour into a mixing bowl. Add the vanilla ice cream (you may need to save a scoop for the later garnish) and the washed mint leaves. Top up with the milk. Now puree everything with a hand blender. Finally add the pinch of chilli and the brittle and mix again briefly.
  2. Pour this mixture into two large coffee mugs (approx. Up to halfway) and fill up with the cold coffee (if you have saved a ball of ice, add it to the ice coffee). Because only sprinkle the iced coffee with a pinch of cinnamon.
  3. Decorate as desired (e.g. mint leaf) and serve.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
