- 125 ml milk
- 150 ml ice cream (vanilla)
- 10 leaves mint, fresh, washed
- 1 pinch (s) chilli
- 2 teaspoons brittle (almond brittle)
- 250 ml coffee, boiled, cold
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

- Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Pour into a mixing bowl. Add the vanilla ice cream (you may need to save a scoop for the later garnish) and the washed mint leaves. Top up with the milk. Now puree everything with a hand blender. Finally add the pinch of chilli and the brittle and mix again briefly.
- Pour this mixture into two large coffee mugs (approx. Up to halfway) and fill up with the cold coffee (if you have saved a ball of ice, add it to the ice coffee). Because only sprinkle the iced coffee with a pinch of cinnamon.
- Decorate as desired (e.g. mint leaf) and serve.
