Ingredients
- 265 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 tablespoon sugar, brown (heaped)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 55 g walnuts, chopped
- 85 g chocolate, dark, chopped
- 2 banana (s), (ripe)
- 3 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
- 2 large egg (s)
- 115 g sour cream

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Chop the chocolate and walnuts. Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, sugar, salt, walnuts and chocolate.
- Peel the bananas, mash them well in a plate (it should be a real pulp) and place in a bowl. Add the oil, eggs and sour cream and stir everything briefly. Now briefly stir in the flour mixture so that everything is well connected.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin pan. It is best to use heaped tablespoons, the dough should reach the top. It also makes exactly 12 pieces.
- Then bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. They should be nice and light brown in color. Take out and let cool on a wire rack.
- They also taste very fine when warm.
