Ingredients

  • 300 g natural yourt
  • 1 banana (s)
  • sugar
  • 25 g chocolate flakes, or couverture, whole milk
  • possibly chips (banana)

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork. Before doing this, set aside 6 thin slices for decoration. Add the natural yoghurt and, if desired, add a little sugar to taste.
  2. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and with banana chips if you like it crispy.
  3. Instead of the grated chocolate, you can simply scrape off fine pieces from a couverture block with a knife.
  4. Garnish with banana slices if you like.
