Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 0.5 ½ pack yeast, fresh
  • salt
  • 1 dash oil
  • 500 g minced meat (beef)
  • 1 packet bacon
  • 2 packs mozzarella
  • 1 onion (s)
  • Sauce (barbecue sauce)

Instructions

  1. Make a yeast dough from flour, yeast, salt and oil (it must not stick, otherwise add flour) and let rise in a warm oven for at least half an hour.
  2. In the meantime, fry the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices, the mozzarella also into slices. Cut the bacon into strips.
  3. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roll out. Brush with barbecue sauce (preferably from Wienerwald). Spread the minced meat, onion, bacon strips and mozzarella on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for half an hour. Serve immediately.
