- 7 nectarine (s), approx. 00 g pulp
- 400 ml nectar (mango)
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 3 tablespoon pudding powder, vanilla

- Wash the nectarines and cut narrow wedges directly from the core (10-12 wedges per nectarine). Use dripping juice with.
- Put 350 ml of mango nectar in a saucepan. Slit the vanilla pod lengthways with a sharp knife and scrape out the pulp with the back of the knife. Add to the mango nectar in the saucepan and distribute the black granules well with a whisk. Then throw in the two halves of the pod as well. Bring to the boil and remove from the stove again and remove the halves of the pods.
- Stir the vanilla pudding powder into 50 ml of mango nectar until smooth and then stir into the saucepan with the mango and vanilla mixture. Bring to the boil again while stirring. Fold in the nectarine wedges with a spoon, bring to the boil again and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring again and again.
- Take it off the stove, put everything in a glass bowl, let it cool down and then cool it down properly in the fridge.
- This dessert does not contain sugar as the juice and ripe nectarines are sufficiently sweet. If you only have really hard fruits, you can boil 1-2 tablespoons of sugar with the mango nectar.
