  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 0.25 liter ¼ cream or milk
  • 1 pinch (s) vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolks with 1 spoonful of sugar. Beat this mixture until it becomes creamy. While stirring, simply add the cream, the remaining sugar and the vanilla sugar. Then put the mixture in an ice cream maker for about 30 minutes.
  2. This recipe can be modified as desired. If you want chocolate ice cream, you can add 10 g cocoa. You can also use grated hazelnuts or other nuts for delicious nut ice cream.
  3. Or you can e.g., Add peach juice (or other juices), then you get peach ice cream. With juices, you have to be careful that you use less cream (or milk).
