- 250 g flour
- 125 ml water
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil)

- Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle. Dissolve the yeast in 50 ml of warm water and pour into the hollow. Dust with a little flour and let rest in a warm place for 15 minutes.
- Then 75 ml of water; Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and knead everything into a supple, smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes until it has doubled in volume.
