Ingredients
- 1 kg oat flakes, crispy
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup Brazil nuts, roughly chopped
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 cup flaxseed
- 1 cup sultanas
- 1 cup goji berries
- 1 cup apricot (s), dried, roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons ginger powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 2 cup apple juice
- 0.25 ¼ cup olive oil
- 0.25 ¼ cup honey, liquid

- Mix first the dry and then the liquid ingredients. Then mix everything together and distribute on two baking sheets lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven to 100 ° C for about 1.5 hours. If necessary, turn everything halfway through and swap the baking sheets.
- Store completely cool in well-sealable containers.
- Enjoy the muesli with milk, almond drink, nut drink or oat drink. Also delicious with some fruit or a few berries on top.
