Basil and Sour Cream Dip

• 1 cup sour cream, very good with L-sour cream
• 2 cloves garlic
• 0.5 ½ bunch basil
• 1 dash cream
• 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Press the garlic, pluck the basil and chop finely. Mix all ingredients briefly in a bowl and season to taste. You can add a little more or less cream, depending on how soft you want the dip to be.
