Ingredients

  • 300 g spinach, frozen
  • 4 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 0.5 liter ½ water
  • 2 cubes vegetable stock cubes
  • 4 bunches basil
  • 300 ml sweet cream
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic clove, press through, sauté in oil, dust with flour. Pour in water, stir in, bring to the boil and dissolve 2 cubes of vegetable stock in it.
  2. Wash the basil, cut into small pieces and add to the broth. Likewise the spinach. Bring the soup to the boil and puree.
  3. Slightly whip the cream and refine the soup with it shortly before serving and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
