Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (fine spahetti)
  • 450 g shrimp
  • 400 g tomato (can)
  • 120 ml wine, white, dry
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 60 ml oil (olive oil)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • parsley
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Heat the water, add salt, add a little oil and cook the spaghetti in it until al dente.
  2. Heat the rest of the oil and briefly fry the chopped garlic in it. Add the shrimp, fry until they are pink and remove from the pan. Add tomatoes, wine, parsley and basil to the pan and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half. Add the shrimp again and heat for about 3 minutes.
  3. Arrange the shrimp sauce on the noodles and serve sprinkled with parmesan.
