Ingredients

  • 2 liters beer, Bavarian, light / dark to taste
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 2 vanilla pod (s)
  • 1 liter alcohol, (great fuel or fruit mix at least 65% alcohol)

Instructions

  1. Halve the vanilla pods. Boil the beer with the sugar and the vanilla pods for 15 minutes and leave to cool.
  2. Remove the vanilla pods and add the Prima - Sprit (or fruit mixture), stir, fill into clean bottles, close tightly and store in a cool and dark place for 3 months.
