Ingredients

  • 100 g pasta, short
  • 150 g meat sausae
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), red
  • 5 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • a bit salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse and drain well.
  2. Peel the sausage and cut into thin half slices. Cut the onion into thin strips. Mix white wine vinegar, water, mustard, salt and sugar vigorously. Stir in the oil. Mix in the sausage, onions, pasta and chopped parsley. If necessary, season with salt.
