Ingredients

  • 750 g plums

For the dough:

  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 sachet custard powder (cream)
  • 120 g mararine
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • some flavor (lemon or rum)

For the sprinkles:

  • 100 g flour
  • 75 g mararine
  • 60 g suar
  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar
  • some flavor your choice
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Make a batter from (the first 8 ingredients) flour, pudding powder, margarine, sugar, egg, salt, baking powder and flavor. Put the dough in a springform pan, except for a third. Spread the remaining dough on the edge of the mold and pull up.
  2. Wash the plums well, stone them and cut them in half. Spread the halved plums on the cake batter. Now knead the remaining 6 ingredients to crumble and distribute on the plums.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 35-45 minutes.
