Ingredients

  • 500 g kin prawns
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup (alternatively: honey)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the prawns. Mix all remaining ingredients together and stir until smooth and let the raw prawns steep for about 30 minutes.
  2. Then put the prawns with the marinade in a hot pan and cook for about 15 minutes over high heat or grill them on both sides on a skewer.
  3. Serve with rice, baguette, pasta or with a salad.
