Ingredients

  • 750 g reen beans
  • salt

  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, grainy
  • pepper
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 roll (s) goat cheese (soft goat cheese), 00 g each
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Cook the beans in salted water, rinse cold and let drain. Clean the radishes and cut them into slices. Wash the lettuce and spin dry.
  2. Cut the goat cheese into 12 slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with honey and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C until it is lightly browned.
  3. For the dressing, dice the shallots and mix well with the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Beat the oil under it.
  4. Place all the salad ingredients on plates, drizzle with the dressing and serve with the goat cheese.
  5. Baguette goes well with it.
