Bean Hummus Instructions

  1. Take white beans. Cover with cold water and leave for a couple of hours. Drain off the water after 2 hours. Rinse the beans. Transfer to a saucepan, cover with cold water. After the water boils, cook the beans for no more than 15 minutes. Drain the water. Pour fresh water 3 to 4 cm higher into a pot of beans. Put on fire. When it boils, cook for 1 hour. Take out the beans. Pour the broth into a glass. Pour out the rest.
  2. Chop the garlic. Add chopped garlic to the beans while still hot.

  3. Thoroughly beat all ingredients until a soft, lump-free puree is formed. In the process of puréing, add the decoction of the beans. Thoroughly beat the beans with all the ingredients until the mixture looks like a paste. Pour olive oil into it. Salt, add paprika. Refresh with lemon juice. Continue stirring until smooth.
  4. Put the finished hummus in a salad bowl (small bowls are more convenient). Add a couple of drops of olive oil.
Bon Appetit.
