Bean Pate on Tomatoes

by Editorial Staff

The highlight of the dish is a delicious bean paste with nuts and garlic. I laid out the pate on tomato slices, but it will also be delicious on toasted zucchini or eggplant slices. Lean dish.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Boiled white beans – 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Walnuts – 0.5 cups
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Green onion – several feathers
  • Vegetable oil – 1.5 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Grind the nuts, chop the green onion into rings, press the garlic through a press, knead the beans with a crush. Season with salt, pepper, add oil and stir well. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  2. Place the bean paste on the tomato slices. This can be done with a piping bag.
  3. Place the tomato slices with pate on a plate and garnish the bean and tomato appetizer with herbs.

Bean and tomato appetizer is ready, you can serve. Bon Appetit!
