Do you like beans? Bean pate with walnuts is an excellent dish, and most importantly healthy.

Ingredients
Beans (white, dry) – 400 g
Walnuts (peeled) – 0.5 cups
Butter (soft) – 50 g
Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
Eggs – 1-2 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic (optional) – 2 cloves
Directions
To make bean pate with walnuts, first, soak the beans in cold water for 2-3 hours. Drain the water, pour the beans with fresh cold water. Put on fire, bring to a boil. Cook the beans over low heat, covered, until tender (about an hour).
Pour eggs with cold water, salt. Put on fire, bring to a boil, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Drain boiling water, pour cold water.
Peel the eggs, chop finely or coarsely grate.
Peel the onion, wash, chop finely.
Preheat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Put the onion in hot oil. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown (2-3 minutes).
Place chilled beans, eggs, half fried onions, walnuts in a blender bowl. You can add a couple of garlic cloves if desired.
Grind all ingredients until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, add soft butter. Beat.
Put the bean paste with walnuts in a salad bowl. Decorate with fried onions, pour over with oil. Leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
