Bean Pate Ingredients

  • Beans – 1-1.5 cups
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Pepper – 1 whisper
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Bean Pate Instructions

  1. Rinse beans and boil until tender. You can soak in water in the evening, then it will cook faster.
  2. Pass the beans through a meat grinder (blender).
  3. Peel and wash the onion. Peel and crush the garlic in a garlic bowl. Cut the onion into cubes or half rings.
  4. Heat a frying pan. Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Fry the onion until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  5. Mix the beans, fried onions with oil, garlic. Salt and pepper the bean pate. Mix well.
  6.  Bean pate is ready.
