Bean Saute Ingredients

  • Green beans – 300 Grams
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 Piece
  • Tomato – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Greens – 1 Bunch

Bean Saute Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. Wash the onions with carrots well, peel and chop. Put vegetables in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry them for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the bell peppers, cut into strips.
  4. Cut the tomato into slices and place in the pan.
  5. Add the green beans to the rest of the ingredients.

  6. Finely chop the greens, add salt, mix everything well and simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat under a closed lid.
  7. Bean saute is ready.
