Ingredients

  • White beans – 150 g
  • Walnuts – 70 g
  • Dates with seeds – 70 g
  • Dried apricots – 70 g
  • Coconut flakes – 20-30 g

Instructions

  1. Prepare all required ingredients.
  2. Pour the beans with cold water and leave for about 8 hours, or better overnight. Then drain the water, rinse the beans, fill it with clean water, and put it on fire. After boiling, boil the beans until fully cooked (about 30-40 minutes). Slightly boiling the beans is fine. Drain the broth from the finished beans.
    Cool the beans.
  3. Pour boiling water over dried fruits for 30 minutes.
  4. Then rinse dried apricots and dates. Cut dried apricots into small pieces. Remove seeds from dates.
  5. Fry the walnuts in a dry frying pan for a few minutes.
  6. Place the cooled beans in a blender bowl. Add prepared walnuts, dried apricots, and dates.
  7. Grind the beans with dried fruits and nuts until smooth. You can grind food in small portions. You should get a viscous mass.
  8. Form small balls from the resulting mass (I got 27 g each). Dip each ball in the coconut.
  9. Bean sweets with dried fruits and nuts are ready! They can be served immediately after cooking. Bon Appetit!
