Turshu is prepared from green beans and supplemented with other vegetables. Marinade for turshi is prepared without vinegar, and spices, hot peppers and garlic are always added. Tursha can be prepared for the winter.

Ingredients
Green beans – 1 Kilogram
Carrots – 1 Piece
Garlic – 5 Cloves
Hot Pepper – Part 1
Water – 500 Milliliters
Salt – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
Allspice – 5 Pieces
Black pepper – 5 pieces
Bay leaf – 1-2 pieces
Directions
Let’s prepare the ingredients.
Put allspice, peppercorns and bay leaf in a saucepan.
Add water, salt and sugar. Boil and cool.
Add hot pepper and garlic to the marinade.
Remove the tails of the green beans and put them in a saucepan. Fill with water and boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and quickly cool the beans by immersing them in cold water.
Add grated carrots to the beans.
Fill with marinade.
We set the oppression on top and leave it for 3 days.
After 3 days, the turshu can be served at the table. We transfer the finished turshu to glass jars, fill it with marinade and store in the refrigerator.
