Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 300 g beans, reen
  • 300 g meat sausae
  • Lemon juice
  • Savory

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion, dice the potato, press the garlic. Sauté the onions in clarified butter, stir in the tomato paste. Then add potatoes and sauté. Broth, bay leaf, savory and garlic to it. Simmer for 10 minutes and then add the beans. Season the stew with salt, pepper and lemon juice and simmer for another 10 minutes. Cut the sausages diagonally into 2 - 3 cm thick slices and add them. Let simmer for a few more minutes over medium heat.
