Ingredients

  • 1 can beans, white
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.25 ¼ bunch parsley, chopped
  • Salad (Lollo bianco)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the drained beans with the sliced tomatoes and the finely plucked lettuce. Crumble the sheep`s cheese and sprinkle on top. Mix the chopped garlic with the vinegar and the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Sprinkle the parsley on top.
  2. It is not a great culinary art, but it is super tasty.
