Ingredients

  • 10 slices ham, Black Forest
  • 500 g beans, (French beans)
  • 200 g cream
  • 4 shallot (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 100 ml white wine, dry
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • Lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the French beans in salted water until they are firm to the bite. Stew the chopped shallots and the chopped garlic with the bay leaf in the butter. Pour in white wine, add the spices and simmer a little. Add the cream and simmer again a little.
  2. Grease a mold with butter.
  3. Roll the beans into the ham slices, making 10 rolls. Place the rolls in the mold, pour the cream mixture over them and sprinkle with the parmesan.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
  5. Boiled potatoes go well with it.
