Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 600 g minced beef
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 2 chilli pepper (s)
  • Ginger - root, fresh, 3 cm
  • 40 g pine nuts
  • 30 g raisins
  • 1 bunch coriander greens
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ clove (s), ground
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Place the dough sheets next to each other and, after defrosting, roll them out into a large sheet of dough. Sear the ground beef in the oil, stir. It has to be pebbly. Onion in small. Cubes, pods, v. Remove the kernels, add strips, ginger in fine strips and let cook. Caution, start lightly.

  3. To serve, cut off slices and serve with Worcester sauce. A crisp, fresh leaf salt goes perfectly with it.
