Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 200 g suar
  • 4 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 7 sheets gelatin
  • 3 cups whipped cream, well chilled

Instructions

  1. Heat the egg yolks, sugar and lemon juice (do not boil).
  2. Soak gelatine in cold water for 10 minutes, squeeze it out, add to the egg yolk mixture and stir until the gelatine is well dissolved.
  3. Let it cool down a bit, whip the cream and stir everything together.
