Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 200 g suar
- 4 lemon (s), add the juice
- 7 sheets gelatin
- 3 cups whipped cream, well chilled

- Heat the egg yolks, sugar and lemon juice (do not boil).
- Soak gelatine in cold water for 10 minutes, squeeze it out, add to the egg yolk mixture and stir until the gelatine is well dissolved.
- Let it cool down a bit, whip the cream and stir everything together.
