Ingredients
- 750 g beef steak (s)
- 300 ml sesame oil
- 10 tablespoon whiskey
- 4 tablespoon mustard, grainy, spicy
- 5 tablespoon mango chutney
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 8 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt
- Herbs (herbal mixture 5 herbs)

- Cut the meat into thin strips.
- Mix the other ingredients into a marinade, mix with the meat, put everything in a freezer bag and store in the refrigerator for 48 hours, if possible without air inclusion. Knead the bag every now and then.
- After the marinating time, dry the meat on kitchen paper or a tea towel.
- Spread out on the dehydrator or baking rack (not overlapping) and let dry for 4 to 5 hours at approx. 60 ° C.
