Ingredients

  • 750 g beef steak (s)
  • 300 ml sesame oil
  • 10 tablespoon whiskey
  • 4 tablespoon mustard, grainy, spicy
  • 5 tablespoon mango chutney
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 8 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt
  • Herbs (herbal mixture 5 herbs)

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into thin strips.
  2. Mix the other ingredients into a marinade, mix with the meat, put everything in a freezer bag and store in the refrigerator for 48 hours, if possible without air inclusion. Knead the bag every now and then.
  3. After the marinating time, dry the meat on kitchen paper or a tea towel.
  4. Spread out on the dehydrator or baking rack (not overlapping) and let dry for 4 to 5 hours at approx. 60 ° C.
