Beef Kebab in Kefir

The most delicious of the dietary dishes and the most dietary of the delicious is kebab in kefir, from beef. Low-fat beef meat marinated with kefir and a gentle way of cooking without frying – this is the secret of a tasty and healthy dish.

Ingredients

  • Beef – 500 g
  • Kefir – 1.5 cups
  • Ginger – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Saffron – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ground red pepper – 0.25 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)

Directions

  1. Chop all spices and mix with salt.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  3. Dip each bite in a mixture of salt and spices.
  4. Place the prepared meat in a bowl.
  5. Fill the meat with kefir.
  6. Stir. Close the lid and place the kefir marinated beef in a cool place for a day.
  7. Fry the shish kebab over hot coals.
  8. Beef shashlik, dietary, juicy and delicious ready.
